Now that our covers have arrived, been installed and we've lived with them for a while, I just wanted to circle back and let you know how happy we are.  Not only do they fit nicely, but their color and texture are ideal for our interior design scheme -- and needless to say, our dogs love them and cuddle on the couch with us all the time now.  Maybe most notable about our experience with Needle and Shears were the clear instructions/detail and prompt response from your operation throughout the process.  I believe that was truly key toward a successful outcome of this remote order.

I wanted to show you the pictures of our beautiful slipcovers. I absolutely love them and am so pleased with how smoothly everything went. I am thinking I may order another slipcover for the same love seat, maybe in a different fabric. Is it possible to do without resending all of the measurements? I haven't looked at fabrics yet. Our slip covers arrived today - as you promised !!! ….and I love them !!!       They even out our color theme and make our furniture so much softer looking to the eyes.   At first I noticed they were just a tad roomy and then read the notice:   that you do this on purpose and to watch for the tighter fit after the first washing (in cold water and cool dryer  - won't forget this !!)    We will gladly pass on your name to anyone wanting to have slip covers for any of their furniture !
