Our slipcovers are worth the wait.

This chart shows the current wait time to go into production if your order has been placed, photos and measurements received and patterning completed by the date shown. Add 3 - 4 weeks for production and allow 7 - 10 days for time in transite.

Unlike ready-made slipcovers, real custom slipcovers take time to make - but the difference is worth waiting for. From start to finish, your slipcover order will go through five different steps to ensure that you receive the custom fit you expect and the quality product you deserve.

During pre-patterning and patterning, all of the information about your furniture is collected – pictures, measurements and templates. The information is then carefully reviewed to make sure it is complete and correct before the final pattern is drafted. The length of time required for your order to progress through this stage will depend on how quickly you are able to provide our pattern makers with the information they require. 

When your pattern has been completed, your order will go on to the production wait list. The wait time for production depends on the number, size and complexity of the orders ahead of yours. Please keep in mind that orders on the wait list are prioritized by the date the patterning is completed, NOT on the date the order was placed. See chart above for the current estimated wait time to go into production if your pattern was completed this week.

Once in production, your order will be cut and sewn. Each order is hand crafted and given individual attention to ensure quality construction. Since each order is unique, this process can take several weeks depending on the complexity and the number of pieces in each order.

After your slipcover is completed, it is thoroughly inspected. If a manufacturing error is found, it will be sent back to production to be corrected. When your order passes final inspection, it is ready to be packaged and shipped.

Due to the high demand for our slipcovers and our very attractive pricing, we are working on several hundred orders at a time. However, we will not compromise the quality of our product in order to satisfy impatient customers.  If you are not prepared to wait, we recommend that you order your slipcover from another vendor. Remember that perfection can not be rushed and perfection is worth waiting for.
